Acceptance of Terms

• By using the website, app, or web dashboard, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
• If you use the service on behalf of a salon or company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
• If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

Service Description

The service provides salon management tools such as appointments, clients, services, branches, staff, attendance, invoices, payments, reports, notifications, and certain AI and operational support features.

Accounts and Permissions

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or managing salon data.
• You are responsible for protecting sign-in details, connected devices, and permissions granted to users inside the salon.
• You must not share accounts or grant permissions to unauthorized persons.
• We may suspend or restrict an account if we suspect unauthorized use or a violation of these terms.

Responsibility for Salon and Client Data

• The salon is responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system, including client, staff, invoice, and appointment data.
• The salon must obtain any required consents or notices before entering or using client and staff data.
• Data inside the system must be used only for legitimate operational purposes and according to each user's permissions.
• The service must not be used to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or improper content.

Payments, Invoices, and Taxes

• The service provides tools for managing invoices, payments, and reports, but it is not a substitute for accounting or tax advice.
• The salon is responsible for reviewing prices, discounts, taxes, invoices, and payment data before approving or sending them.
• Payments may be processed by external payment providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.
• Trial messages, receipts, or invoices may not be valid legal or tax documents unless they satisfy the requirements of the relevant authority.

Mobile App and Device Permissions

• The app may need notifications, camera, files, or network access to operate certain features.
• You can manage permissions in device settings, but disabling some permissions may affect features such as notifications, document upload, or QR scanning.
• You should update the app when important security or stability updates are available.

AI and Automated Outputs

• AI features may help with searching, summarizing, drafting messages, or performing actions with user permission.
• AI outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed before being relied on for important financial, legal, or operational decisions.
• You are responsible for ensuring any action performed through the AI assistant is authorized and appropriate.

Prohibited Use

• Using the service in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.
• Trying to access another salon's data, bypass permissions, or disrupt the service.
• Uploading harmful files, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to use.
• Copying, reselling, reverse engineering, or using the service to build a competing product without written permission.

External Services and Integrations

The service may integrate with hosting, payment, messaging, notification, email, map, or AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or policies of those external services, and you should review their terms when using them.

Availability and Updates

• We aim to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or errors at all times.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features for security, operational, or legal reasons.
• Some updates may require signing in again or updating the app.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the system, design, software, logos, content, and features are owned by us or our licensors. You do not receive any intellectual property rights other than a limited right to use the service under these terms.

Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided as is and, to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee that all features fit every operational case.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect data entry, account misuse, operational decisions made by the salon, or failures of external services.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access for a violation of the terms, security risk, or legal request. Some data may continue to be retained for legal or operational requirements.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated version.
