Account Deletion Request
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data from glynza. Requests are reviewed within a defined period so we can verify identity, confirm permissions, and protect company, client, staff, and legal records.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
- Use the Send Account Deletion Request button on this page, or email the address shown below.
- Include the mobile number or email linked to the account and the salon or company name so we can verify the request.
- If you still have access to the app or web dashboard, you may also submit the request from account settings when the option is available.
Review Timeline
We review account deletion requests within 30 days from receiving a complete request. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity or authority, especially where the account is connected to company, client, or staff data.
What Will Be Deleted or Disabled
- The user account will be disabled or deleted and blocked from signing in.
- Non-essential profile data such as personal name and contact details will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
- Session tokens and notification identifiers linked to the account will be revoked.
- Personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations will be deleted.
What We May Retain
- Invoices, payments, tax, or accounting records required by law.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and audit logs needed to protect the service and users.
- Data that belongs to a company, salon, clients, or other users where deletion would affect their rights or operational records.
- Backups for a limited period until they are replaced or deleted under the backup cycle.
If You Are the Only Salon Owner
If you are the only owner of a workspace, your account cannot be deleted immediately if that would leave the company without an owner or cause operational data loss. We may require you to transfer ownership to another user, or submit a separate workspace closure and deletion request after reviewing the impact on invoices, clients, staff, and legal obligations.
Workspace or Company Deletion
Deleting a workspace is different from deleting one user account. This may involve salon, branch, client, staff, and appointment data, so it is reviewed separately and is not processed automatically until verification and confirmation are complete.
Account Deletion Contact
To submit an account deletion request or follow up on an existing request, email support@glynza.com and include the mobile number linked to the account and the salon name. Do not send passwords or verification codes by email.
